Home Health Registered Nurse High Tech Visits (Palm Beach County FL,)

About the Role

AccordCare Home Health is seeking experienced and compassionate High Tech Per Diem Field RNs to provide skilled in-home nursing care for medically complex patients in Palm Beach County, FL. This role involves one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing care for patients requiring:
• Ventilator and trach care
• PEG tube management
• Wound care
• IV therapy
• Work closely with patients, families, and the clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care in patients' homes.
• Experience with paraplegic, quadriplegic, and TBI patients is a plus.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
• Negative TB Test / Negative QuantiFERON Blood Test
• HIV and DOEA Alzheimer’s training certificates/CEUs
• Prior home care experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Experience with EHR documentation systems
• Bilingual (Spanish/English/Creole) preferred
