Home Health Registered Nurse High Tech Visits (Broward County FL,)

About the Role

AccordCare Home Health is seeking experienced and compassionate High Tech Per Diem Field RNs to provide skilled in-home nursing care for medically complex patients in Broward County. This role focuses on one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing care for patients requiring ventilator and trach care, PEG tube management, wound care, and IV therapy.
• Work closely with patients, families, and the clinical team to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care in patients’ homes.
• Experience with paraplegic, quadriplegic, and TBI patients is a plus.
• Document care using EHR systems.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
• Negative TB test or QuantiFERON blood test.
• HIV and DOEA Alzheimer’s training certificates/CEUs.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English/Creole) preferred.
