Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive client assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate and communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate clients and caregivers on care needs, health practices, and safety.
• Ensure care is safe, high-quality, and delivered with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to create and revise care plans based on client needs.
• Sound medication and treatment administration knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
