Home Health Registered Nurse High Tech Visits (Broward County FL,)

About the Role

AccordCare Home Health is seeking experienced and compassionate High Tech Per Diem Field RNs to join our growing team in Broward County, FL. This role is ideal for skilled nurses who value one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing care for medically complex patients, including:
• Ventilator and trach care
• PEG tube management
• Wound care
• IV therapy
• Work with paraplegic, quadriplegic, and TBI patients (experience is a plus)
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
• NEGATIVE TB Test / NEGATIVE QuantiFERON Blood Test
• HIV and DOEA Alzheimer’s training certificates/CEUs
• Prior home care experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Experience with EHR documentation systems
• Bilingual Spanish/English/Creole preferred
