About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Deliver skilled interventions such as wound care, medication management, and post-operative support
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
- Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation to ensure quality and compliance
Requirements
- Active RN license in the practice state
- At least one year of clinical nursing experience
- Patient-focused, organized, and motivated by high-quality care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
