Home Health PTA - Full Time

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct patient care in a home health setting. Responsibilities Include Assessing, teaching, and delivering therapy interventions under the supervision of a physical therapist and according to the physician's plan of care.Communicating with patients and caregivers about treatment plans and progress.Providing skilled treatments to improve function and relieve pain, ensuring patient safety.Educating patients and caregivers on the safe use of prosthetic, orthotic, and assistive devices.Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and planning for patient discharge.Documenting patient progress, observations, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.Participating in in-service programs and adhering to professional and ethical standards. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Current, unrestricted state licensure as a PTA.Valid CPR certification. Preferred Skills Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.Experience in home health therapy and OASIS documentation.Ability to build relationships and demonstrate attention to detail.
