Responsibilities

• Design personalized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises, and support patients along their recovery journey
• Educate patients and families to ensure they have the resources to succeed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated, top-notch care

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Strong communicator, with a knack for building trust with patients and team members
• Flexible, driven, and ready to make a lasting impact on each patient’s journey to recovery
