Dependable Home Health of Tucson is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to serve patients primarily in the Southwest Tucson area. As a locally owned and operated organization, Dependable Home Health is committed to providing high-quality, individualized care while creating a work environment where clinicians feel valued and supported.

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you’ll provide individualized therapy to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, illnesses, and other medical conditions. You’ll help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, increase independence, and safely achieve their functional goals at home.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions
• Help patients improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and overall function
• Educate patients and families on exercises, home safety, fall prevention, and strategies for continued progress
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on individual needs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Support patients in achieving greater independence and quality of life at home
• Stay current with professional standards and physical therapy best practices

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients and families
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
