Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant - Full Time

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for home health services in Jefferson County. Key Responsibilities Provide direct physical therapy interventions based on physician-directed plans of care.Assess patient needs, deliver treatments, and monitor progress to optimize outcomes.Educate patients, families, and caregivers on device usage, safety, and rehabilitation techniques.Communicate regularly with interdisciplinary team members and update on patient status.Document clinical observations, treatment progress, and discharge plans accurately and timely.Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.Participate in ongoing education and team meetings to enhance patient care. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited PTA program.Current, unrestricted state license as a PTA.Valid CPR certification.Experience in home health therapy and OASIS documentation is preferred.
