About the role

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home therapy services to elderly and chronically ill clients.

Responsibilities

• Implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assisting with mobility and strength exercises
• Monitoring patient progress and documenting care
• Collaborating with caregivers and clinical staff to promote safe, independent living at home
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards
