Role: Physical Therapist Assistant supporting patients in home and community settings. Responsibilities Include Implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.Assisting with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and mobility equipment use.Providing patient education and ensuring accurate documentation of care.Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver client-centered services.
