About the role

Provides individualized care under supervision of the Clinical Manager and licensed therapist for adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed treatments across all life stages.
• Affirms program development, documentation, and ensures program effectiveness.
• Maintains efficient scheduling.
• Demonstrates commitment to agency values and mission.
• Promotes positive interpersonal relations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• An Associate Degree from an accredited program.
• State licensure in North Carolina or South Carolina.
• CPR certification.
• At least 6 months of experience.
• Knowledge of therapy procedures, equipment, manual techniques, and patient transfer skills.
• Physical ability for standing, lifting over 50 lbs, patient transfers over 100 lbs, and other manual tasks.
• Strong communication, reasoning, and computer skills.
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• Must be able to work variable hours.
• Must be able to serve adolescents, adults, and seniors.
