Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist with mobility and strength training for patients
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care
