Home Health Pediatric Occupational Therapist (1099 Contactor)

What You'll Do

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment in home and community settings throughout the Greater Phoenix area.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, and developmental goals.
• Educate and partner with parents and caregivers to support carryover at home.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility before start date).
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain before providing services).
• Valid Arizona driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication and documentation.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience with early intervention, developmental disabilities, sensory integration, feeding therapy, or AAC is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment

• This role requires travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area and involves working in home and community settings.
• Duties include standing, walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, and assisting children with a variety of developmental, physical, sensory, and behavioral needs.
