What You'll Do
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment in home and community settings throughout the Greater Phoenix area.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, and developmental goals.
- Educate and partner with parents and caregivers to support carryover at home.
- Complete timely, accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility before start date).
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain before providing services).
- Valid Arizona driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication and documentation.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Experience with early intervention, developmental disabilities, sensory integration, feeding therapy, or AAC is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
Work Environment
- This role requires travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area and involves working in home and community settings.
- Duties include standing, walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, and assisting children with a variety of developmental, physical, sensory, and behavioral needs.
