Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin license/certification
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy license; NBCOT certification (required)
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home‑safety recommendations
