About the role
Join our caring community as a Home Health Occupational Therapist and help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through personalized, in-home care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop, implement, and adjust therapy plans focusing on daily living skills, community reintegration, and adaptive equipment needs
- Participate in care coordination and discharge planning
- Serve as a resource for staff and family training on skills such as dressing, feeding, and grooming
- Submit evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, ensuring proper documentation and performance
Qualifications
- Unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification

Pay
$54.00 - $76.00 per visit/unit, with an annual base pay range of $85,400 - $117,500.
