Pay

$25‑$30/hr weekly pay with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home, one patient at a time
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support individualized care plans
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
• Work with adult and pediatric patients within an assigned service area
• Receive orientation, onboarding, and ongoing clinical support

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience
