About the role
This position contributes to the mission of Baptist Health by providing high-quality patient care.Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and competent patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and plan of care.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current license to practice nursing in the state of Arkansas.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a national certification exam relevant to the scope of practice.
Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
