About the role

As a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager, you will lead clinical operations within a home health setting, overseeing patient care, staff management, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and assign clinicians
• Guide clinical decision-making and ensure documentation quality
• Support staff through education, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate communication among healthcare providers
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in budgeting
• Engage in community outreach and provide limited direct patient care in exceptional circumstances

Requirements

• Current RN license
• CPR certification
• Home health experience
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
