Essential Duties
- Provide clinical consultation tailored to clinician experience and need, including regular check-ins, case discussion, and performance feedback at varying frequencies (e.g., weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert, ensuring delivery of ethical, high-quality services.
- Oversee clinical service delivery and implementation of company protocols across assigned sites.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinicians regarding clinical practice, documentation, and school-based services (e.g., MTSS/SEL supports).
- Monitor and evaluate clinician performance, including documentation and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and company policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding and development of new clinicians, providing increased guidance during initial employment.
- Provide consultation and oversight for crisis situations and high-risk cases.
- Maintain relationships with school staff and district partners to support effective service delivery.
- Support referral growth and appropriate utilization of services within assigned sites.
Additional Duties
- Facilitate communication between clinicians, school personnel, and SSG leadership.
- Aid in documentation review, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
- Support program operations, including project coordination and site needs.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities as scheduled.
- Travel to assigned sites and conferences as required.
- Maintain required licensure and continuing education compliance.
Job Specifications
- Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other related Behavioral Health field from an accredited Institution of higher learning.
- Independently licensed to practice in the state of Michigan with one of the following licensures/credentials: LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Experience working in the field of Social Work and/or Clinical Counseling with children and adolescents.
- Experience in a supervisor role within a Behavioral Health setting.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to stand and reach with hands and arms; walk; sit; stoop or kneel; crouch or crawl.
- Frequently lift or move 40 pounds.
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
- Manual dexterity for the purpose of using a telephone and data entry.
- Read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.
- Hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone.
- Speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone.
