Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a combined emergency room and urgent care setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
- Demonstrate leadership in clinical decision-making and patient advocacy.
- Support operational excellence and adherence to evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- At least 5 years of experience as an RN in the Emergency Department or at a freestanding emergency department (FED).
- At least 2 years of formal or informal nursing leadership experience.
