Job Requirements

• Private Duty CNA Skilled In-Home Morning Care
• Seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNA (or retired healthcare professional with hands-on experience)
• Working directly for the employer in Marshfield, WI
• Independent and value professionalism, discretion, and clinical competence
• Looking for a mature, respectful caregiver who understands boundaries, communicates clearly, and takes pride in providing high-quality care in a private setting
• Not an entry-level role
• Essential experience and confidence with the listed responsibilities
• Schedule: Every Other Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM (scheduled hours), Weekday daytime backup hours available
• Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• CNA certification required (or current/expired nursing license with relevant experience)
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility
• Must pass a caregiver background check
• Reliable transportation (with backup plan)
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated

Skills

• Hands-on personal care
• Catheter care
• Bowel program care (manual removal)
• Manual transfers and mobility assistance
• Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds
• Wound and skin care
• Ranging of motion exercises
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
