Home Health Assistant Director RN
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join HCA Midwest Healthcare at Home, part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
About the Role
Organizes and directs operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services. Supports and/or leads Clinical Managers to meet performance expectations, including direct participation in Clinical Manager duties. Monitors agency key metrics as outlined by HHD and collaborates to address variations and opportunities. Reports on operational, clinical, and quality performance. May conduct field-related supervised visits of personal, patient visits, and client visits.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 5 years in healthcare administration or 3 years of management experience in Home Health care or related health programs
- Bachelor’s Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
