Responsibilities

• Care for participants' physical and emotional needs due to illness, injury, disability, etc.
• Provide home assistance: light housekeeping, run errands, or transportation as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist/remind with medications.
• Prepare meals, purchase food, and provide personal assistance with general living needs.
• Provide personal services such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Offer companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting individuals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete a criminal background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
