Home Health Aide - Weekends

About the role

Must have a valid Connecticut Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care services as outlined in essential job functions.
• Lift, transfer, and transport adult clients.
• Provide personal care to clients and keep records of personal health care activities as defined by regulatory requirements.
• Dementia patient experience REQUIRED.
• Work some flexible hours.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide
• Licensure: CNA or HHA Certification and Valid CT Driver's License

Job Standards
