Home Health Aide - Pediatrics

About the role

BAYADA Pediatrics is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide care for their pediatric clients.

Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record client’s vital signs and progress
• Provide companionship and emotional support to children and families
• Ensure client safety and comfort during visits
• Follow all BAYADA policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about providing compassionate care to children
