About the role
BAYADA Pediatrics seeks a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide care for pediatric clients.
Responsibilities
- Care for pediatric clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor client’s health and report any changes to the RN
- Ensure client safety and comfort during visits
- Follow established care plans and medication schedules
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in home health care preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screening
- Pass a physical examination
- Pass a criminal history check
