Home Health Aide - Pediatrics

About the role

BAYADA Pediatrics seeks a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide care for pediatric clients.

Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor client’s vital signs and report any changes to the RN
• Administer prescribed medications as directed by the RN
• Document client progress and observations accurately in the medical record

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about providing compassionate care to children

• Basic computer skills for accessing patient records
