Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living • Provide medication reminders • Support light housekeeping and household tasks • Assist with meal preparation and planning • Offer companionship and emotional support

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide experience • Valid New York State HHA Certificate • Authorization to work in the United States • Valid driver's license preferred • Current physical examination (within 1 year) • PPD or QuantiFERON test (within 1 year), or chest X-ray (within 5 years) • MMR immunization records (within 10 years)
