Your Role as a Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)
- Provide essential hands-on care to patients in their homes
- Aid in personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Support patients with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN
- Follow the established plan of care to ensure safe, effective service delivery
- Accurately document each patient visit in accordance with agency policies
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Qualifications
- Completion of a Home Health Aide training program meeting Medicare Conditions of Participation
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel to patient homes throughout the day
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior home health experience and/or CNA certification preferred
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
