Home Health Aide (LIVE-IN)
Responsibilities
Affirmed Home Care New York’s Premier Concierge Home Care Agency is actively seeking compassionate and experienced Home Health Aides to provide exceptional one-on-one care to clients throughout Huntington and surrounding Suffolk County communities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide medication reminders
- Support light housekeeping and household tasks
- Aid with meal preparation and planning
- Offer companionship and emotional support
Requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
- A valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- A valid driver's license preferred
- A current physical examination (within the past year)
- A PPD or QuantiFERON test (within the past year), or chest X-ray (within the past 5 years)
- MMR immunization records (within the past 10 years)

Pay
Competitive daily pay rates starting at $221/day
Schedule
We offer flexible options including 3-day, 4-day, 5-day live-in cases, and weekend-only assignments.
