About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, focusing on daily living activities, medication management, and social engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor and assist with medication schedules
- Engage in social activities to promote mental health
- Support with meal preparation and nutrition
- Ensure safety and security of clients at all times
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Experience in home care or related field preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
