Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines in clients' homes across MetroWest Boston (Framingham, Wellesley, Concord, and surrounding areas).
• Work closely with Tribute's care team to follow detailed care plans and ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
• Build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time through 12-hour visits.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience.
• Comfort with long visits, days, or awake overnights.
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
