Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - FT or PT - Bilingual (Spanish & English)

About the role

Silver Lining Home Health Care, a Care Advantage, Inc. Company, is seeking part-time or full-time CNA / HHA Caregivers to provide in-home care services in Sussex County. The company specializes in personal care and companionship tailored to individual client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care according to the Plan of Care
• Aid clients with personal care and hygiene
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Follow infection control procedures
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality
• Operate a Hoyer lift
• Operate within physical and 2 Step PPDA guidelines
• Have experience lifting, positioning, and transferring patients
• Show compassion, respect, commitment to excellence, and a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion
• Open availability, capable of working various shifts including weekends
• CPR/First Aid certification
