Based in Cranford, the agency serves 65 communities across Union, Morris, Essex, Somerset, and Hunterdon counties, as well as select areas in Middlesex County.

About the Role

As a Live‑In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/HHA), you will deliver compassionate, personalized care to clients, assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and other essential services. Your warm demeanor will help create a safe, comforting environment that supports clients’ independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with medication management, including administering medications and monitoring side effects.
• Help with daily living activities such as meal preparation, transportation, and light housekeeping.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and wheelchair use.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care.

Requirements

• Current CHHA/HHA certification in New Jersey.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Current TB clearance or ability to pass the two‑stage TB test.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking skills required.
