We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients in Coalport PA and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and building trusted relationships with clients.
Who We Serve: Seniors, Adults with disabilities over the age of 18, Post Hospital/rehab support, Families needing respite care, Adults needing wellness support.
Work Location: Our work takes place in clients’ homes; client assignments and exact locations vary based on your availability and ability to travel.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time with flexible hours based on your availability.
Responsibilities
- Personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing)
- Incontinence care and mobility support
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal planning and meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Errands and transportation
- Medication reminders
- Care documentation
Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid Driver’s license and the ability to travel for work
