About the role

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients in Coalport, PA and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and building trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing)
• Incontinence care and mobility support
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal planning and meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Errands and transportation
• Medication reminders
• Care documentation

Qualifications

• Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray
• Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Valid Driver’s license and the ability to travel for work
