About the role

The Home Care Aide works under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Physical/Occupational Therapist, following a plan of treatment to provide personal care and emotional comfort to patients in their homes. The role involves daily travel to patient residences, delivering age-appropriate care that addresses physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

Pay

Expected pay for this hourly position is $18.98 - $22.34/hour, with actual pay determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Valid driver’s license in current status
• Own transportation and auto insurance
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software

Preferred Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience
