Hospice Home Aide/CNA
Overview
The Home Care Aide is under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist and in accordance with a plan of treatment to provide personal care and emotional comfort to patients in a variety of settings. The Home Care aide travels to patient homes and provides in-home care to assigned patients daily. The care provided must be age appropriate and the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of the patients are to be met.
Qualifications
- Education: High School/GED
- Licenses/Certifications: CNA-Certified Nurses Assistant
- Other Licenses/Certifications: BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- Other skills/knowledge: Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Preferred Qualifications: Phlebotomy Experience

Pay
Expected pay for this position is $18.98 - $22.34/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
