This role will be under the supervision of a registered nurse provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification
- Licence
- 2 years of CNA/Home health aide experience OR Nursing student with current CNA.
