Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with hospice and comfort-focused care
- Help the client remain safe, comfortable, and dignified at home
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA or HHA experience
- Valid Connecticut CNA license or HHA certificate
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Physical completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months, or a chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
