Home Health Aide
Full Time, 40 hours/week on Day Shift. Area coverage: Molalla, Woodburn, Silverton, Stayton, and other areas as assigned.
About the role
The Home Health Aide provides supportive personal care services and homemaking assistance to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient, in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities
- Provide supportive personal care services to patients of all ages.
- Deliver homemaking assistance tailored to the individualized physical needs of the patient.
- Operate in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Requirements
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification (within 30 days of hire).
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.

Pay
Pay range: $21.73 - $32.03 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
