Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant and successful completion of competency evaluation
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing
• Can document observations and provision of care according to policies and procedures

Required Certifications and Licensures

• Current Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements (if required by the state where employed)
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
