Home Health Aide

What You'll Do

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING (ADLS)
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• MEDICATION REMINDERS AS PERMITTED
• LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING RELATED TO CLIENT CARE
• Companionship and emotional support
• OBSERVING AND REPORTING CHANGES IN A CLIENT'S CONDITION
• Completing required care documentation
• FOLLOWING THE CLIENT'S ESTABLISHED PLAN OF CARE

What You'll Need

• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Dependability and professionalism
• Caregiver with a compassionate approach
• Effective communication skills
• Previous home care experience preferred, but not required
