Home Health Aid/Personal Care Assistant

About the role

The right candidate will be joining a growing team of caregivers who provide support to clients in a one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide many levels of support to clients
• Work long day shifts with weekend availability
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Ensure clients' safety and comfort
• Enforce health and safety standards
• Offer 24/7 phone support
• Participate in field support training

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to support and care for clients

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting
• Eager to improve and learn new caregiving skills
• Supportive and compassionate
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

Pay

• $20.00 per hour for long shifts
• $23.00 per hour for short shifts

Schedule

• Long Day Shifts available
• Weekend availability is a plus
