Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks.
• Encourage adherence to prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking.
• Aid clients in transferring from bed to chair and ensure proper repositioning as per their care plans, addressing pressure point care with integrity and safety.
• Prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs, remind clients about their medications, and provide continence care.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping for those who can drive.

Requirements

• Bilingual in both English and Arabic (first and foremost).
• HHA or CNA Certification required.
• If not certified, must complete company-provided HHA training and obtain certification.
• Strong sense of empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability.
