Personal Care Home Health Aide

About the role

Responsible for providing personal care services to clients in their homes. Duties include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record client health and medication schedules
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Ensure safety and comfort of clients at all times
• Communicate regularly with clients' families and healthcare providers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Passing background check and criminal history review
• First aid/cpr certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional)
• Experience in home health care or similar field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
