Home Health Account Liaison

About the Role

As an Account Liaison at Interim HealthCare, you will support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients. This role primarily covers Westmoreland County with some work in Allegheny County.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a sales plan with the Executive Director/Administrator, including forecasts, target accounts, contacts within accounts, and budget for achieving objectives.
• Cause profitable growth by establishing and maintaining contact and relationships with referral sources to influence prospective clients.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan for Home Health and Hospice Services.
• Increase awareness of and interest in Interim HealthCare by preparing and conducting presentations to organizations where prospective clients might be reached or influenced.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related subject or equivalent work experience and training.
• Five (5) years of successful sales experience with comparable customers, preferably in Hospitals and/or Nursing Homes.
• Knowledgeable in Home Health (required).
• Experience in selling a service.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an active team player.
