Home Health Account Executive

Role Overview: The Home Health Account Executive promotes home health care services by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing business plans, maintaining target accounts, organizing customer information, and identifying key opportunities. The role involves reporting to a Market Executive of Sales and requires travel within the territory. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related field, with at least two years of healthcare or industry sales experience.Experience selling to physicians, case managers, SNFs, or as a clinical liaison preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Patient-facing role requiring TB screening. Key Duties: Promote services, develop and prioritize accounts, gather customer insights, and support sales goals. Compensation includes a base salary and potential commission incentives.
