About the Role

As a Home Furnishing Associate, you’ll report directly to the General Manager and be part of the Retail Performance team. In this customer-facing retail sales role, you’ll guide customers through creating personalized living spaces and help them find the perfect sleep system to match their lifestyle. We’re looking for motivated, results-driven sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by uncapped earning potential. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon their arrival in our retail showroom, learn their motivation for their visit, and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Present and discuss various home furnishing product options based on customer lifestyle, needs, and goals during the sales consultation.
• Utilize sales and upselling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Market new sales, special events, and financing options to customers.
• Assist customers with financing, purchasing, delivery, and ensure ultimate satisfaction.
• Increase personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development.

Workplace Environment

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment within an office/retail setting.
• Physical requirements include extended periods of standing and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and/or electronically.
• Flexible work schedule, which may include nights and weekends.

Pay

This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Most sales professionals earn $70,000–$100,000, with top performers exceeding that range. Your income is directly tied to your performance.
